We didn't have much Crème in North Dakota as far as I knew, but this mixture works pretty good as a substitute.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup whipped cream

2 tbls lemon juice

3-4 tbls honey

Instructions:

Just mix it up a bit and to on grilled fruit or squash soup.
